WHATS UP? Strategy is easy. Execution is hard (A Workshop).
What makes it harder still, is if half the team is working against you.
Building brands and businesses from the customers perspective is the right thing to do. Design led companies, that truly embrace customers from the front line to the boardroom consistently outperform their peers. But if this makes so much sense, why are there not more of them? Why is a bad customer experience still more common than not?
In this workshop we explore the reasons for bad customer experiences. How the desire the move quickly inadvertently means that you go alone and when the rest of team feels excluded, how even common sense changes are difficult or impossible to implement. In teams you’ll work to understand what is preventing you to move from planning to execution, and how to work with the one’s that disagree. With practical tools and real-life examples, 4 hours of learning to understand what is stopping you, will hopefully get you, and your team, moving.
