WHAT'S GOING ON? Design Thinking Workshop Facilitation

The role of the designer is changing. As more often the organizations' problems don’t have simple solutions, we only can succeed if we realize that the solutions lie in the hands of end users, partners and other important stake owners. What we need is the joint effort of the various parties. In this situation, the role of the designer is not limited to creating the final solution but also includes designing and facilitating the co-creation workshops. There are various practical questions that need to be answered, such as - what is the process, who we need to involve, what workshops and in what order we do, what tools are needed, etc.?

In this workshop, we talk about these important aspects and practice to plan, design and run design thinking workshops.
